This wonderful beach house is located in Panama City Beach, FL and is the closest house to Pier Park.  This house is a 3 bedroom home with 3.5 baths.  Three levels of living space with a garage to park the car and walk to anything you need.  This house is directly across from the beach and is less than 150 steps!   Enjoy spectacular views of the ocean and beach from the decks, and walk to everything that Panama City Beach, FL has to offer.  This home has a garage with a full fridge for overflow food and drinks/ice.

The main living space is the great room, located on the main floor, which is the top floor of the vacation home. An open floor plan, pale yellow walls, and vaulted ceilings make this room warm and inviting – a perfect space for entertaining. Tile floors keep things casual, with a new leather sectional couch to provide great places to kick back and relax.  A covered porch provides breathtaking views of the ocean and the Panama City Beach coast and houses a grill for outdoor cooking.

There are two bedrooms with private bathrooms on the second floor along with the washer and dryer. The first master suite has a twin trundle bed in the nook that is perfect for families.  The second bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with a balcony overlooking the pool in the back of the house.  The second-floor balcony has breathtaking ocean views and make this room a perfect retreat for the couple of the house. 

The second master suite is also located on the second floor of the vacation home. This room features pale blue walls and an elegant white four-post bed. Pale yellow linens and a reading nook make this room extra cozy. Walk out onto the balcony and admire the view. This room also features a private bathroom as well as a TV, DVD Player, and VCR.

The third bedroom is on the bottom floor of the vacation home and features a twin over full trundle bed.  There is a private bath on the first floor. Pale blue walls and a sailing-themed quilt make this room a fun retreat for kids, and it’s location on the bottom floor away from the two master sweets makes it perfectly situated for their parents! Smart TV for all those video gamers and netflix watchers.
